Can I allocate a task to a colleague?

Hello Ajani,

To add a task to someone else's Todoist account, you can use the option to send a task to Todoist. Please enter a project and click on the gear icon ("Task Actions") next to the header at the top of your task list then choose "Email tasks to this project" and you'll see a popup window with detailed instructions about this feature.

The person you want to add tasks to must add your email address on their Todoist account (in the same popup window) and they need to tell you the unique email address of their project.
