Moving "MULTIPLE" Tasks / Sub-Tasks at THE SAME TIME

ZZ

... especially when moving a task and you have many nested sub-tasks underneath it. Right now I have to manually indent (move in) to the right each sub-task. Your program is beautiful, I have to think that I am doing something wrong.

Some body please help / explain.

Thank you.

Hello Zachary,

If you press and hold the CTRL key you can left-click on a task to select it. While holding CTRL, you can select multiple tasks and they you'll see a menu at the top giving you options that can be performed on all selected tasks simultaneously (incl. moving them all to a different project).

As for indenting tasks, this can easily be done by grabbing a task by its drag & drop handle (visible on the left side while hovering over it) and then while holding it, using the number keys: 1, 2, 3 or 4 to change its indent level without having to go into task edit mode.

Best regards,
David
