Hello Carlos, please tell me:- Which phone are you using?- Which version of Android are you using?- Does reinstalling the app solve this issue?Best regards,David
Samsung Galaxy S with Android 4.0 ICS (Cyanogenmod 9).I just tried to uninstall and reinstall (and delete the app's data in between), but it doesn't solve the problem.
Hello Carlos,we've released an updated version of our app and would greatly appreciate if you could let us know if it fixes this issue. It's an in-app update so the app will ask you if you want to download and install it.Best regards,David
Hi David, I believe it's fixed. I've been using the app with no problems but some rare (difficult to reproduce) bug. It's looking great!
Carlos,we're glad to hear that. We would greatly appreciate if you could clarify what rare bug you're referring to so we could try to reproduce it.Best regards,David
For instance, when you delay a task to Sunday, it jumps to Monday.
Carlos, pleas clarify - when using the Android beta app, do you tap on a task and use the "postpone" option to move it to the new date or do you enter edit mode and manually change its date?If you use the Postpone option, please tell me:- What's the original due date format of the task?- What's the due date of the task when you postpone it (before you do it)?- In which view are you postponing the task?If you're changing the date manually, please tell me:- What's the original due date format of the task?- What new date do you type in?- Are you typing it in manually or choosing a preselected date or the date picker?Best regards,David
Due date entry mode seems irrelevant and regardless of wheter I postpone the task or just drag it, Sunday gets skipped. If it's any help, my language is set to Spanish, so Monday is the first day of the week. On the other hand, dragging a task to the bottom of the Today list makes the app crash.
Carlos,Some issues occur only under certain circumstances and in order to reproduce them, we need as detailed information about the circumstances as possible. Therefore, we would greatly appreciate if you could answer the questions mentioned earlier and post some examples of the due dates you've used and how you've typed them in.So far, we've tried a couple of recurring dates, postponed some tasks and no day has been skipped (we've also used a 4.0 version of Android and Monday is our first day of the week).Best regards,David
