Hello Vickie, tasks and projects can be indented using either the arrow icons on the right side of the input field or with the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+RightArrow and Ctrl+LeftArrow. Please clarify - which option are you experiencing issues with? Also, please note that indenting is not available in search results such as 7 days, overdue etc. so it's required to enter a project to change the indent level.Best regards,David
The arrow icons are missing. Control =Right arrow didn't work either. I have a Mac. And I have Todoist on a Safari page. It does not look like the example for a Mac Downloaded ap. But I HAD the indent option earlier. ?New tasks don't have the arrow options either - and I don't have the search function selected as far as I know.
Vickie, please tell me - are you viewing a project when trying to indent a task? Note - the shortcut for indenting on Mac is most likely Command+RightArrow/LeftArrow.If you are within a project and don't see an indent option while editing or adding a task, try to log out of Todoist, clear your browser's cache, reload the browser and log back in.Best regards,David
Thanks David. I shut it down, and then saw that I had another web browser window open. THAT may have added to the problem. It has the features back that I was missing. Thanks again.
