Hello Junyin,

our latest implementation of HTML5 should allow you to experience desktop-like performance with instant reaction times. Please make sure you're using a fully HTML5-compatible browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer 8 or later, Apple Safari or Opera.

If this won't help, please tell me:
- Which browsers did you try?
- At which point do you experience performance issues? Just when accessing the site for the first time or each time you perform any action?
- Did you choose "Allow" when your browser asked you for permission to allow Todoist to store offline data?
- Are you using any plugins in your browser?

Best regards,
David

I used FireFox or Chrome for visit Todoist website, and I am pretty sure both of them support HTML5 very well, and my question related where do Todoist server host? or where's your data center?

Junyin,

our servers are spread worldwide as Todoist is being hosted by one of the world's largest provider - Amazon Web Services ( http://aws.amazon.com/ ).

Please tell me - are you experiencing this performance issue upon every action such as - adding a task, checking it of etc. or just when you try to access Todoist for the first time?

You could try to go to todoist.com, log in and then disconnect from the internet in which case Todoist will still work offline as thanks to HTML5's offline storage, it can synchronize later and everything you do on your account can happen just within your browser.

Best regards,
David
