Where did my project go?

JR

When i log in using google (with same email adress) my project is not accessible:

Error encountered:
"Project not found"

Can you manually link gmail and your todoist users to the same projects?

Jonas

Hello Jonas,

in order to link your existing Todoist account to your Google Account, you have to:
- go to Todoist Preferences -> Account
- change your email address to your GMail address
- go to the Google Authorizations tab and link it from there.

If you've used the "Sign up using Google" option, it's possible that a new Todoist account has been created with your GMail address. If that's the case, you'll need to delete this account before you can re-use this email address on your proper account (note - any data on this account will be permanently deleted with no further option of retrieving it).

Best regards,
David

hi! trying to link my gmail account to todoist

I can't find an authorizations tab on the settings for todoist. is this for premium account only?

- go to the Google Authorizations tab and link it from there.

thanks

Richie,

As described in your other thread, it recently changed. It should be under Account in the Settings page, at the very bottom.

Regards,
Brendon.
