DO i have any charge for the text messages reminders in Argentina?

Hello Ramiro,

Todoist does not charge for any SMS reminders. With Todoist Premium you can receive as many reminders as you want for no additional cost.

However, your mobile provider may add charges. It's very rare, but to make sure, please contact your provider and ask if additional charges apply for the email-to-SMS service.

Thank you David! Another question: Im a premium user, but I cannot email tasks because i receive instantly an email telling me that im not premium. How can I solve this? Thank you!!

Ramiro,

please try to log out and back into Todoist. If this won't help, clear your browser's cache and offline storage data.

Also, if you've subscribed just recently, please retry at a later time as sometimes it's possible that some features get activated after a while (maybe after an hour).

I still can't reproduce this issue, I've tried to sent an email to a project and it has been added after ~20 seconds.

Please tell me:
- Are you using the same email address that you've used with Todoist to subscribe to send an email as a task?
- Can you see the address you've sending an email with at the bottom of the window where you can get the address of the project?
- If you add a different address to the list at the bottom, can you send a task using this email?
- Have you created your account using the "Sign in with Google Account" option?

Yes, Im using elramagm@gmail.com.

Yes.

I added different addreses, tried and the same thing...didnt work.

Both of them...First I´ve created ir normal, then I did the sync with google.

The message es this one:
An email was sent from "ramiro@luzlibre.com.ar".

I have passed this issue to the developers. Just to clarify - you've received this message:

"An email was sent from "ramiro@luzlibre.com.ar" (...)"

during the second test after adding this email to the list of accepted addresses?

No one of the emails added to the list (elramagm@gmail.com, ramiro@luzlibre.com.ar, elrama@fibertel.com.ar, rama_gm@hotmail.com) are working for creating tasks via email.

Can you specify me when you expect to solve this?

Ramiro,

unfortunately, I can't give you any timeframe on when this issue will be solved. Since we can't reproduce it, we will check if it's an issue only on your account (if some features haven't been activated after your subscription) and hopefully this can be resolved very soon.
