+ Add Question

Add-on doesn't work anymore, TD-Webpage either


When trying to open the Todoist Add-on or the website I am asked to upgrade my browser. I already use the latest version (Firefox 14.0.1). Reinstalling the Add-on did not change the issue.
What can I do?

Hello Hugo,

please clear your browser's cache, go to Firefox's options -> Advanced -> Network tab, and then:
- remove todoist.com on the list of websites storing offline data,
- use both "Clear now" buttons to clear both the cache and the application data,
- make sure todoist.com is NOT listed on the "Exceptions" list,
- reload the browser.

If the issue persists, please make disable all your browser plugins/add-ons and retry. If you'll be able to access Todoist, try to re-activate them one-by-one to determine which one was causing this issue.
