What did you do???!!!
Hello Sylvain, please log out of Todoist, clear your browser's cache and offline storage data, reload the browser and log back in.If this won't help, please tell me:- Which browser are you using?- Does this issue also occur in a different browser?- Are you referring to the "Get completed" list or the "# Completed" history in the upper-right corner?- Are you online while trying to access this data?Best regards,David
I can't see me "completed tasks" too! I've cleared the cash in my browser (FF) and I've tried another browser (Chrome). The same thing: when I click "Get completed tasks" under the current tasks of the a project - it show nothing.
Does it mean that "the completed tasks" appear only if I upgrade my account to premium? I really need them.
Hello Capcan,we've been able to partially reproduce this issue and are working on it right now. Thank you for your report.Best regards,David
I can't see my completed tasks either. I need them in order to invoice my clients. I am a premium customer. Help!
Hello Karla, please note that you can also see the complete history of checked off tasks in the "# Completed" list in the upper right corner.Best regards,David
Hello, this issue should be fixed now and completed tasks will no longer disappear.Best regards,David
it's ok now, thanks a lot!
HelloI have the same issue that I cannot see my completed task. I'm using Chrome and online when doing that. Do I need to upgrade to premium for it to work? Thanks
Hello Swee, please log out of Todoist, clear Chrome's cache, then go to Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data and remove todoist.com from the list.Reload your browser and log back in going directly to todoist.com (not through a bookmark) and let us know if you still experience this issue. Also, are you referring to the "Get completed tasks" link at the bottom of your task list in every project of the "# Completed" history in the top-right corner? The completion history at the top is indeed a Premium-only feature.Best regards,David
Thanks a lot. It's solved now.
