+ Add Question

Why am I only getting the main menu when I click on "Add Task"? I should be getting the task entry/edit menu.

I am frustrated that I just upgraded to premium and already I cannot seem to use the program.

Hello Melanie,

please log out of Todoist, clear your browser's cache and offline storage, reload the browser and log back in.

If this won't fix this issue, please tell me:
- Which browser are you using?
- Can you reproduce this issue in a different browser?
- Which "main menu" are you referring to?

Thank you for your reply. It seems to have resolved itself. I will attempt to logout & login again next time, then clear cache if not successful. I initially encountered the issue on my iPad. Are you considering an app version for the iPad? I understand this is a browser-only supported software now.

you can download our current iOS app here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/todoist/id476672770?mt=8 We will soon release a brand new native iOS app and if you experience any issues with our current app, you can access the Todoist mobile site: http://todoist.com/m optimized for touch-controlled devices.

Alternatively, you can even try to use the full web-app through this address: http://todoist.com/m/forceRegular However, it's not fully optimized for the iPad so the /m site and the current app are recommended.
