ADD TO TODOIST button in Outlook 2010 Win 7 64 bit
Hi, Where can I get instructions on the 1 click add option for emails into projects as tasks? As far as I can see the 1 click button is hidden in the Addons area which means I have to go there first. The default ribbon is HOME but I can't find out how to move the ADD TO TODOIST button onto the home ribbon. Any help welcome please?
when you open Outlook, you should see your Todoist task list in the window on the right side. If you don't see this window, go to Outlook's Options -> Add-Ins and click on the "Go" button at the bottom, next to the "COM Add-Ins" drop-down menu. Then, select the check box next to "OutlookTodoist" on this list.
Once you see the Todoist plugin pane on the right, click on "Show projects" at the top and select a project. Then, once you click on a email message, you will see "Add email as task" at the bottom of your task list (next to "Add task"). Use this link to add this message as a task.
Alternatively, you can use the "Add to Todoist" button, in which case the list of project will drop down in the Todoist plugin pane so you can choose to which project you'd like to add this email to.
