One task relevant for two projects

i have one task that is relevant for two project. I would like to tag the task with both projects - how can I do that? In my case I have to reserve a room for two events and don't want to enter the task "resreve a room" for every project.

Hello Carsten,

each task is unique and cannot co-exist within two projects simultaneously. You can create a task with identical name and properties in a different projects, but these will be 2 separate elements.

As a workaround, instead of creating similar tasks in different projects, you could create similar projects filled with different tasks. For example, if room reservation is something you repeat very often for many different events, you could create a project called "room reservation" and add the events as tasks.

Alternatively, you could attach the names of the events as labels and then, if you click on one particular label, you would see all tasks sharing this label.

Best regards,
