Can't access Todoist with IE or thru Outlook

Hi-

I can access both the Todoist website and all of my todo list items using Firefox on a PC. However, my Outlook and Internet Explorer are unable to connect and display all of my todo items that Firefox displays.

Any ideas???

Hello Sean,

please try to clear Internet Explorer's cache and cookies.

If this won't help, please tell me:
- Which version of Outlook and what operating system are you using?
- Which version of Internet Explorer are you using?
- What happens exactly if you try to access todoist.com through IE? Do you see any error messages, does the page load, but you can't log in?

Had cleared cache & cookies as the very first thing I did before posting here - no effect after restating and logging into the site.

- Outlook 2010 and Windows 7
- IE 9
- If I am NOT logged in, I see all the normal pages of the website. After I login, I see the Todoist logo, the footer (Todoist; English; Privacy Policy; About Us; Support) and the words "Loading...". The page is doing nothing but waiting to load my data - which works correctly within Firefox.
I don't see any error messages, the page doesn't load after I login in IE.

This was working correctly late last Friday prior to leaving for the weekend.

Sean,

please access IE's Internet Options and in both the "Security" and "Privacy" tabs, add todoist.com to the list of trusted sites. If this won't help, try to manually allow all cookies by clicking on "Advanced" in the Privacy tab and then checking "Allow" for both first- and third-party cookies.

Also, are you using any ad- or script-blocking software in IE?

Is this fixed.. cos I'm seeing the same issue in loading Todoist via Outlook pane.

Hello,

we're very sorry for the inconvenience, we are working on this issue and will notify you once it's been fixed.

Please note that it's only an issue with Internet Explorer and the regular web app. You can access all your tasks anytime using any other browser or the mobile site http://todoist.com/m (this version will work even in Internet Explorer).

I am able to use Internet Explorer, but the Outlook plugin is still not able to connect and then display my various tasks/items.

A quick restart of the program for a second time has allowed it to connect in a normal fashion - I'm back up and running again!

Thanks for the quick turnaround & fix. Can you describe what the problem was?
