How to set English back again ?

S

Todoist is now in french and i don't like it, i want it back in english.

When i choose "English" by clicking on "Fran├žais" at the bottom, i'm still in french.
If i choose "Deutsh", it works.

Hello SUPAD,

please try to clear your browser's cache, make sure it accepts cookies and do not allow the app to store offline data on your computer if your browser asks you for permission.

If this won't work, please tell me:
- What browser are you using?
- Can you reproduce this issue in a different browser?

Best regards,
David

Hi Roy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nn2FB1P_Mn8 ;)),

I've tried, but it still don't work.

A more probable cause would be that the function that turn french on because my browser is in french has not been properly tested and overrun the english parameters, while with other language it doesn't because it's not the default one. ;)

Best regards,
Adrien

Adrien,

unfortunately, we can't reproduce this issue so far.

Please clarify - when you click on the "English" link, does the Todoist website change to English for as long as you use the app, but changes back to French after reloading the browser or are you experiencing the issue already at this point and when you click on the English link, nothing happens?

Also - are you trying to use this option while logged in or on the main page?

Best regards,
David

Adrien,

please go to Chrome's Settings -> Show Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> "All cookies and site data" and remove todoist.com from the list.
