How come, when I try to log into Todoist lately, I'm taken back to the home page?

Since yesterday, I seem to be unable to access my account. I click "Log In," enter my credentials," but then when I click "Login," I'm taken right back to the home page rather than my Todoist account. Should I change a setting on my browser?

Hello,

please clear your browser's cache and cookies. If this won't help, please tell me - what browser are you using?

Best regards,
David

I'm using Google Chrome. Just cleared the cache and deleted cookies, but still no luck. Is it perhaps because my Google Chrome Todoist app isn't working?

Please go to Chrome's Settings -> Under the Hood -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data and manually remove todoist.com from the list.

There's a chance that some application data hasn't been erased from there even though you've cleared the cache.

If this won't help either, please try to access todoist.com through an incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N) and let me know if you continue to experience this issue there as well.

Best regards,
David

I have the same issue in Firefox 12.0 on Windows XP. I cleared my cache and cookies but that made no difference (note: I did not manually delete any cookies as described above).

However, I did get it working as expected by:

1. Removing the Firefox configuration that allowed todoist.com to store data for offline use (Tools > Options > Advanced > Network).

2. Next time I loaded the website I was asked by Firefox if todoist.com was allowed to store offline data I clicked "Not Now".
