I'm not receiving e-mail reminders anymore.
Hi, I'm not receiving e-mail reminders anymore, neither Todoist Daily Digest nor scheduled reminders. I was receiving before. It seems they stopped arriving when I upgraded to Todoist Premium. The e-mail set in Reminders Preferences is correct.
please try to set a new task and type <remind today at 13:30> into the task name, but use a time shortly in the future and let us know if you still experience this issue.
I've tried it. It didn't work. I'm still not receiving anything. =(
please make sure the reminders haven't landed in a spam folder or that either your email provider or spam filter didn't started to block them.
Also, please try to go to Todoist Preferences -> Account, change your primary email address and try setting a reminder for the nearest future again (also make sure your time zone is correct).
I've tried changing my primary email. Looks like reminders arrive in Gmail but do not in Hotmail (I've tried with two different Hotmail accounts). Also, they are not going to spam folder, they are not arriving at all.
Curiously, Todoist Support emails arrive normally in Hotmail inbox, almost instantly. Also, although specific reminders arrive in Gmail, Todoist Daily Digest doesn't. Weird, isn't it?
please tell me - did you set the Gmail address as primary for at least full 48 hours? Also, have you completed any tasks within this time or have tasks scheduled? Please note that the Daily Digest is not being sent if there's no activity within a certain timeframe.
