Doings app: can't sync and crash

Hi,

Since few days, I can't use the Doings app for iPhone because the sync doesn't work anymore and crashed all the time.

Do you why?

unfortunately, Doings is a third-party application which hasn't been developed by Todoist. Please try to contact the developer at http://www.bluetoo.co/

Yes I know, but the sync problem appeared since your last database upgrade.

Till then, I'm using your own app, but it's very frustrating because of the lake of design/structure.

When you say "soon", how long will be this "soon" ?

thank for for this information, I will pass it to the developers to check if the database upgrade hasn't caused these issues.

Sylvain,

according to the developers, it's highly unlikely that the database upgrade has caused this as we haven't changed anything within the structure of the database, only added some better hardware to the servers.
