My new iPad won't launch my todoist info. It just locks up. Any suggestions?

please tell me, are you accessing Todoist:
- Directly through the http://todoist.com website?
- Through the mobile website: http://todoist.com/m/ ?
- Through our iOS app: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/todoist/id476672770 ?

At which point exactly does it lock up? Do you see any error messages?

I have the same problem, and I am trying to access Todoist from the app for the iPad

- How many tasks do you have (approximately) on your Todoist account?
- At which point exactly does it lock up? Do you see any error messages?

Thank you. I downloaded the app for Todoist on my iPad. It had been working fine before. I deleted the app and reisntalled it, and that solved the problem. Thanks!
