After un-installing todoist from my programs yesterday. I also re-downloaded the program as a plug-in/add-in for my outlook. since I already have an account on-line, will the plug-in security requests for my e-mail /password also need to be changed or will my current e-mail/password still be recognized for login attempts? I was wonder about this I am having trouble loging in.

Milton,

if you open Outlook and see the Todoist plugin on the right side and try to log in using your Todoist email address and password, do you see an error message once you try to log in or do you just hear the click sound when using the "Login" button, but nothing else happens?

You don't have to create a new Todoist account. You can access Todoist through the website, the Outlook plugin, the Firefox, Chrome or Todoist Anywhere plugins as well as through mobile devices and use the same email address combination to log in and access all your data from every plugin.

Also, it would be helpful if you would open Internet Explorer, go to Help -> About Internet Explorer and post the version number you'll see in the "about" window.

David
