FF Add-on: Only blue background after login

Hi,

I've just installed the Firefox add-on in my FF 10.x. Having started the add-on and logged in, however, I only see a blue background, but no tasks etc. When I right-click in the area, the two words "Reload" and "Logout" pop up - that's all.

Isn't the add-on compatible with FF 10?!

Frank

Hello Frank,

our Firefox plugin is fully compatible with Firefox 10. Please tell me - are you using any other plugins with Firefox? If so, please try to disable them leaving only Todoist and let me know if this fixes this issue (you could also try to remove and re-install the Todoist plugin).

If this doesn't help, please tell me - which operating system are you using?

Best regards,
David

Hi David,

thanks a lot for your immediate reaction!

Unfortunately, none of your hints could help: I've deactivated all add-ons except for the Todoist add-on -> same behaviour. Afterwards, I've removed and re-installed it -> still the same.

I've uploaded a screenshot here: http://www.2shared.com/photo/kNTTOAYP/todoist_snapshot.html

I'm using Win 7 Home Premium and FF 10.0.2

Greetings from Germany,
Frank

Frank,

I've been able to partially reproduce this, I've seen the default system background for about 2 seconds, but then Todoist loaded.

Please try to use the "Reload" option when you right-click within the side bar and/or click the "T" icon to close and re-open it.

If this doesn't help, please go to Forefox's Options -> "Privacy" tab, in the "History" section pick "Use custom settings for history" and make sure that both "Accept cookies from sites" as well as "Accept third-party cookies" are selected.

If this still doesn't help, try to clear your browser cache and/or log out of Todoist (first try to use the Logout option visible after right-clicking within the side bar, then try to log out directly through todoist.com), try to log in through the side bar and let me know if it works or if you can access the login screen in the side bar.

Best regards,
David

Oh, it finally works! :-)

The option "Accept third-party cookies" had not been selected in my privacy options. Now I can see the todo list.

I'm glad to have the chance to experience Todoist now!

Thank and greetings,
Frank
