Hello Rocio,

unfortunately, it's not possible to copy tasks across projects right now, but thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it and will consider adding such option in future development. You're welcome to vote for this feature request in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/10/

However, you can move tasks between projects. In order to move a single task, please hover over it, click the gear icon on the right side and choose "Move to project".

To move multiple tasks, press and hold the CTRL key and then (while holding it) click on the tasks you'd like to move in order to select them. Then, chose "Move to project" from the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Best regards,
David

Votebox is closed, +1 for copying tasks between projects (not just the import/export as template; that's too limiting and cumbersome). Thank you!

Use export / import functions to copy tasks around.

Doesn't that copy the entire project, though? I have a lot of tasks on some projects and that would mean deleting a lot of stuff once I import to the other project. It seems overly cumbersome.
