Hello Manoj,

please clear your browser cache and cookies.

Also, in Firefox go to Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> "Network" tab and if you see todoist.com on the list of pages storing offline data - remove it.

In Chrome, got to Options -> Under the Hood -> Content settings (in the "Privacy" section) -> All cookies and site data (in the "Cookies" section) and remove todoist.com from the list.

If this doesn't work, please tell me:
- Are you using any ad- or script blocking plugins?
- Are you using a plugin called "HTTPS Everywhere"?
- Are you accessing Todoist using a bookmark pointing to https://... instead of http://...?

Best regards,
David

Thanks David.

Works now. Appreciate your response.

Had Https everywhere and adblock. Once disabled the plugins it works.

Will there be a fix from your side on this issue?

Regards,
Manoj

Manoj,

the reason why Todoist is going to an endless loop is because we're currently offering HTTPS connection only in our Premium plan. Therefore, Todoist tries to establish a HTTP connection and the plugin want to force a HTTPS connection.

Please try to disable Todoist within the HTTPS Everywhere plugin by going to "Enable/Disable Rules", finding Todoist on the list of sites and clicking on the green check mark next to it.

If this doesn't help and/or the ad-block is blocking JavaScript on every website, please also try to put Todoist.com on its whitelist.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
David
