Still no SMS reminders outside US

Three week ago I was promised that the SMS reminders-problem would be adressed en communicated.

Nothing happened....

we're very sorry for the delay.

It turns out that implementing these changes seemed to be a bit more complicated as expected, but I assure you, we are working on it right now and we'll inform you as soon as all necessary changes have been completed and properly set up.

we have made the necessary changes in our SMS reminder service for non-US users.

Please try to use the "Sent a test" option in reminders and/or set up a reminder for the nearest future using your full phone number incl. country and/or area code as mentioned before and let us know in case you experience any further issues.

I'm a Canadian user and the "Send Test Txt Msg" did not work for my account.

Hello Carly-Anne,

please tell me:
- Did you include your country code in the phone number?
- Which provider have you selected?

Also, please try to select "Elsewhere" from the drop-down list and try both - with and without including the country code.

When testing different combinations of the country code (+1, +01, +001, 1, 01, 001), please try each with and without your local area code.

The reminder via sms was functional for me a couple of months back but I have recently noticed that it has ceased to function. I have tried all permutations possible and still nothing. I am in Brazil and my carrier is TIM.

Should I e-mail you my cell phone number?

I switched for premium because of the SMS remeinder but it doesn't work. I need some assitance please.

Hi Luls,

In the settings area on Todoist.com (Reminders --> Mobile Phone) there is a section called "Number To Send From" please try each one of these and then "Sent a test SMS".

Let me know if you are still unable to receive the reminder.

Which provider have you chosen? Please try using International if you haven't already.

And to confirm, you have entered your entire number without spaces including the country code?

I included spaces among the numbers. I'll try without spaces. Thanks.
