Can you start a blog or use your twitter account more?
Today I noticed that you changed the look of the site. This happened silently without informing your customers. We have repeatedly requested that you maintain a blog (for updates, and information on outages). No response from you. You have a twitter account but use it sparingly.
Your competitors do a much better job keeping their customers informed. Can you please do the same?
