I keep on losing my Outlook plugin. This has happenned in the past and I would go to the Add- Ins in my Trust centre and find that my computer moved it to the inactive section. I would move it back into the active add-Ins and it would work for awhile. This morning I had a problem opening Outtlook and had to restart my compter. Your plug-in didn't load and it ended up in the disabled section. I been unsuccessful in moving it back to active status. I like using your program with Outlook but need a permenant solution for this problem as it is taking up too much of my time.
