Todoist for Mac completely blank

Started using Todoist for Mac about a month ago and thought it was great. A couple weeks ago when your servers went down, the Mac app completely went blank, nothing showing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, no change. Gave up on the app altogether for about a week and decided to give it one more go.
Is the Mac app fixable? Says it's the most recent update.

Hello Rebecca,

please try to access the "Todoist" menu in the top left corner and click "Empty cache".

We've released a new version of our Mac app with bug fixes and new features such as quick task adding. Please install the latest version from http://todoist.com/mac and let us know if it fixes any issues you've been experiencing with the old version.
