I am not getting my reminders via email or sms and I tested the sms feature and it came thru..but not my reminders that i set. Why is this not working???

Hello,please go to: Preferences -> General and check if you've set the correct time zone for your area.Also, please try to create a task and within the task name, write <remind today @ xx:xx pm> inserting a time in the near future.If this doesn't work, please tell me:- What's your location?- How are you setting up your reminders (via task name or later by adding a reminder once the task has been added)?- What date are you using for the reminders exactly?Best regards,David
I did everything you suggested. Still doesn't work.My location is Lisbon / PortugalI'm adding the reminder later after the task has been added.I've created a couple of test tasks with reminders for today.
Please tell me:- Are you using email or SMS reminders?- If you click on the task's gear icon (at the right side) and choose "Reminders", what exact dates are set there (at the bottom under "Service", "Date and time"?- What exactly do you write in the "Date and Time" field (please copy the exact formula)?Best regards,David
I'm using both SMS and email remimders.If I click on the task's gear icon (at the right side) and choose "Reminders", the dates are: mobile 10 min beforeDate and Time field reads: 1/9 2011 @ 17:00

I think that's not the problem since I cannot receive email notifications either...Also, I can receive the Test SMS in the reminders preferences.
I m having the same issues as Pedro and I need this issue resolved I paid for the premium membership and for it not to work is unacceptable

No notifications in the spam box.I've created the task due tomorrow, as you suggested. Lets see if it works.
Hi David I've tried everything you've told me and Im very frustrated..I purchased this program on the belief that it will work as Advertised. My SMS alerts and email alerts must work or I am demanding a full REFUND OF MY MONEY..THANKS

Hello,we have made some necessary changes in our SMS reminder service for non-US users.From now on, you should be able to receive SMS reminders everywhere outside the USA. Please try to use the "Sent a test" option in reminders and/or set up a reminder for the nearest future using your full phone number incl. country and/or area code and let us know in case you experience any further issues.Sorry for the delay and thank you for your patience.Best regards,David
