Reset Password...All Tasks Are Now Gone

I reset my password and when logged back in, all of my tasks are gone. I've tried exiting the browser (Firefox 4) and logging back in, but all tasks are still missing.

Hello Lisa,

please tell me:
- Do you see your tasks using a different browser?
- Are you trying to access Todoist directly through the website or through a plugin (if so - which one)?

I've tried using Safari and the tasks are missing there too. I am using Todoist plugin through Google gadgets.

Also, I tried accessing the list directly on your website and it is not loading my tasks there either.

Hello Lisa,

are you using multiple accounts with Todoist or does someone else use Todoist on your computer so that there might be a possibility of using different email addresses (one when entering the tasks and a different one for resetting the password).

If that's not the case, please tell me:
- Did you install any ad- or script-blocking plugins lately?
- When you go (in Firefox) to Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network tab, do you see todoist.com on the list of websites storing offline data? If you do, please remove it from the list.

Also, please tell me, when you log in directly through our website, do you see the complete page just as it looks like when you create your account for the first time or are there any error messages or missing parts of the site which don't load?

- No.

- It was not on that list at all.

- I see the complete page. There are no missing parts and there are no error messages that I can see.

I've been messing looking around on Firefox messing with various settings and it finally started working again. I'm not sure what it was, but I think it could have to do with Firefox's latest update which I did on my computer this week. Thanks for your help in the matter.
