I have set up reminders via phone(outside US) but it doesn't work?
unfortunately, this service is not available at some mobile providers so please tell me:
- What's your location?
- Who's your mobile provider?
- Did you choose "Elsewhere in the world" under "Provider" in the Preferences?
- Did you include your country code in your phone number?
- Did you receive the test message ("Send a test" in the Preferences)?
It worked fine about two weeks ago.
-Location: The Netherlands
-I indeed chose "elsewhere in the world"
-I included my country code
-Send a test doesn't work
Reminders are still not working and my remarks still need an answer...

If none of this works, please send your full number to email@example.com and we'll contact our SMS provider to identify the issue.
we have received an answer from our SMS provider and this can and will be fixed by setting up another separate outgoing number for messages outside of the US.
