Can't connect in Chrome

Hi

I can't connect using Chrome today. It gives me the following error:

Error 2 (net::ERR_FAILED): Unknown error.

I can get through on my iPhone and IE9.

Can you help?

Forgot to say, I've cleared my cache and added todoist to my allow lists. Also, it's been working perfectly fine until today.

Hello Ruth,

please tell me:
- Which version of Chrome are you using?
- Did you install any new plugins/add-ons (or even anti-virus software) lately?
- When do you see this error? Upon login or a particular action?
- Are you logged in by default or do you log out each time you stop using Todoist?

Hello David

Thanks for your prompt response. Answers to your questions as follows:

- Chrome version 5.0.375.70
- Nothing new installed in quite a while now.
- I see the error on going to todoist.com or opening my Google site with the Todoist plug-in.
- I'm permanently logged in.

When you go directly to Todoist.com (by opening a new tab), is the error message all that you see? Is it a pop-up message or do you see this text on the page without anything else (like the Todoist logo etc.) on it?

Hi

It must be something to do with my computer - I've just tried it on another computer (also using Chrome) and have got in with no problem.
