The Task command has quit working.
I can't save my tasks either
Can you gives us more details on how to reproduce this issue?
When I click the Task button, nothing happens. The program is not allowing me to create a Task under any of my projects.
When I click the Task button the message No Tasks appears above. The text field does not open.
I'm using Google Chrome (12.0.742.122) on Mac OS 10.6.8
i click add task below, type in the info
click "add task"
the "i'm done adding task" options disappears and it looks as though it's going to save and show the option for adding another task
but it just "hangs" there
if i try to click "add task below" again, it does nothing
i have to refresh the page, and the task i entered it not there..
does that help?
The program works fine in Firefox. I'm switching back to Firefox. I'm tired of all the programs that will not work in Chrome.
OKay now all the tasks I have tried to add finally showed up, so there is some sort of major delay
indeed there seems to be a bug when adding tasks using the "Add task below", "Add task above" options.
Thank you very much for pointing it out, we're already working on it. Sorry for any inconvenience. :(
Although even using this option seems to add the particular task (after refreshing the page) at the end of the list, for now you can add tasks using the regular "Add task" option and then reorder them.
Just started having the same problem. Bad couple of days for Todoist, eh?
Just an FYI, a logoff and logon fixed the problem for me.
We are fixing this ASAP.
it has been fixed.
Thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience.
Thank you for the quick response.
Chrome 12 / Windows XP
The Task command is still not working. Nothing happens when clicking the Command button.
Works fine in Firefox. Would like to use Chrome as it is a faster browser.
I can't reproduce it :( I've tried on Chrome 12.0.742.122 and Windows XP and tasks can be added both above and below.
Which Command button are you referring to?
Please try clearing your cache and force-reload the page with Ctrl+F5.
Clearing the cache cleared up the problem.
Thanks - Jim
