Hello Laurie,

Please tell me:
- Which browser are you using?
- Did you experience this issue before? if not, when did it occur for the first time?
- Is this error message all you're getting when accessing this URL or do you see anything else beside this message?

Best regards,
David

It's the latest version of firefox.

I have seen this for sometime but it was not an issue before because my bookmark for todoist went to my own custom URL (set for 2 days). It's only this start page URL that's not working.

But I tried the iGoogle Todoist gadget and this is what is displayed, and when I go to the URL direct in the browser. The iGoogle gadget start URL cannot be changed so this is what is seen everytime I go to iGoogle.

This error is where the projects and tasks should be, so I still get the logo and footer and things, just no projects or tasks just this error. I need to click on the date filter to do another search or show projects to get it working.

Thanks

Hello Laurie,

please try to clear your browser cache and allow 3rd party cookies in your browser (go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy, chose "Use custom settings for history" and check "Accept cookies from sites" and "Allow 3rd party cookies").

Then go to Tools -> Advanced -> Network tab. If you see todoist.com on the lists of sites that have stored data for offline use, select it and click "Remove".

If this doesn't work, please tell me whether you see this message only when you access Todoist through the iGoogle gadget or even if you click on the link you've posted above?

Also, do you always sign out from Todoist after using it? Please try to sign in directly through the todoist.com start page and without signing out, visit your iGoogle page.

Best regards,
David

Hi David. I figured out the issue! You can set a custom start page with Todoist. I set mine a long time ago and forgot this was possible. It used to work, so in my URL was __overdue. This worked some time ago I am sure, but must have been changed because just "overdue" works now, not with the underscores. So altered my start URL now it's all ok. Sorry for wasting any time but thanks for your help.
