Hello Frank, please tell me:- Which browser are you using?- Are you accessing Todoist directly or through a plugin/add-on?Best regards,David
Yes, I'm using the todoist app
Please clarify, are you using "Todoist for Mac", "Todoist for Firefox", "Todoist Anywhere", "Todoist for Chrome" or the iGoogle Todoist widget?Best regards,David
Hi David,I'm using todoist for the mac, the main thing is the indent shortcut it never work in any browser on my mac. also in the mac app by Developer:Todd Ditchendorf
I had trouble using the indent, because the default keystroke for the Mac's Spaces function (to change screens/spaces) is control-arrow. Solved it by going into System Preferences and changing the Spaces keystroke to Control-Option-arrow. Now indenting works in Todoist.
Awesome its back hooray!
I am still having this issue and I changed my spaces settings. When I use ctrl+arrowkey the cursor just goes from the end to the beginning or reverse depending on what key is pushed. But no indentation :(
Hi,To change the indent it's CMD+RightArrow, not CTRL. Also, please make sure your within the project, as it's not possible on the date based views.Regards,Brendon.
I see that was my problem (date based views). Is there a reason it was restricted like that? Seems like you should be able to do something like that in any view that is a list of the tasks...
Hi,It's because to make it a sub-task, it needs to know where the parent task is, so it needs to be in the project its from. Though, we might be able to improve that in future updates.Regards,Brendon.
