The dates of sub-tasks do not change with the date of the parent task?!

Hello!
If I change the date of a parent task (from "tod" in "tom"), the sub-tasks do not change automatically. They are still "tod".
I understand, that sub-tasks are listed by themselves AND as sub-task under the parent task. But is it really necessary to change the date of every sub-task by hand?

Thank you for your answer,
Rainer

Hello Rainer,

indeed, changing the parent task's due date won't change the due dates of sub-tasks, but you don't have to change each date one by one.

In order to change the due dates of multiple tasks at once, press and hold Ctrl. While holding Ctrl, click on all tasks and/or sub-tasks which dates you'd like to change and once you select them, you'll see a menu bar on top of the screen. Choose "change date" and type the new due date which will be applied to all selected tasks.

Best regards,
David
