Todoist does not work in Chrome

Hello Todoist,

I have Google Chrome as browser, but Todoist seems not to work at the moment. It does work in Explorer, but in Chrome is keep `loading`...

What could be the problem?

Hello Daphne,

please try the following:

1. Go to your browser options.
2. Select the "under the hood" tab.
3. Under "Privacy" click "Content settings".

Now make sure "Ignore exceptions and block third-party cookies" is NOT checked.

Click "manage exceptions" (under "Cookies"), enter todoist.com and choose "allow" from the drop-down menu.

If this doesn't help click on "All cookies and site data" and then "Remove All".

If this doesn't help as well, under "JavaScript" select "Allow sites to run JavaScript" and under "Plug-ins" choose "Block all".

If none of it helps, please let me know which browser version you're using (choose "About Google Chrome" from the options menu).

I am getting the same thing as the above user. I have tried all the steps and still says loading. Using Google Chrome 14.0.797.0

Hello Eric,

please try clearing your browser cache.

Also, if you have any extensions like script blockers ad-blockers etc., please disable them or put todoist.com on their whitelists.
