Charged twice in app store for upgrade

I was charged twice within the iTunes app store for the upgrade to premium account. Sadly neither "charge" actually gave me premium access. What is the process for having one of the charges refunded?

Hi Will,

Unfortunately, we can't do anything on our end. Due to Apple's regulations, developers do not have any way to process refunds, it's all done by them.

Please contact Apple, and they should be able to refund you at the very least 70% of the purchase, if not more (due to it being twice).

I am sorry about that. Wish I could do more.

Thanks for the quick response, still a big fan of the app and will eventually end up getting premium (either through apple or through you all directly if I can figure out the refund process).
