Recurring tasks disrupted by rescheduling?

Hello Todoist Support.

I'm a heavy user of recurring tasks and have faced a rather frustrating problem on my iPhone 5. When I reschedule a recurring task it simply becomes a normal, non-recurring task.

Example: I have a task, "Clean refrigiator", that is set to "after 30 days" and is due today. However, I decide that I'll do it tomorrow and don't want it on todays list, so I tap on the "Tomorrow"-button. Now the task is moved to tomorrow, but the recurring "after 30 days"-syntax have been altered simply to be the date of tomorrow, lacking recurrence.

Contrary to the iPhone application, I can perform this action on your webpage without problem. Am I doing something wrong?

Mick.

Hello Mick,

This was a bug in the 8.0.1 version of our app. It's now fixed in 8.0.2 and I can't reproduce it anymore. Please make sure that your Todoist app is up-to-date or try to delete it completely and reinstall it.

Best regards,
David
