iOS Premium Upgrade = spinning progress wheel

Hello,

I’d like to upgrade to Todoist Premium, but when I try to do it on either an iPad or iPhone, it just gives me a spinning loader/progress wheel. The wheel disables my iPad/iPhone home button, and to clear it, I sleep/unsleep the iPad.

When it comes back, I get the following error: “Upgrade Failed. We were unable to process your upgrade at this moment. Please try again later.”

Force-quitting the app and/or restarting the device do not fix the error. Both iPad and iPhone have the same issue. Can you replicate?

In short, I think the most recent version of Todoist has a broken connection to the iTunes Store in-app purchase system?

Hi Will,

Please try logging out of the app and back in again. If it does not help, please tell me which version of iOS you are running.

You can also upgrade from the main website as well, Todoist.com.

Hi,

I tried logging out and back in, but no dice on either iPhone or iPad. The current version of iOS that I am using is 7.0.4. I need to get it from iTunes as an in-app purchase and not the website for payment reasons.
