Yes, it appears to be synching again...However, I lost all my data and updates since the server wasn't capturing them when it was down. Not happy about that....but pleased to see it is synching again.
Hello Scott, All our apps cache any change locally and as soon as syncing is available all data should be sent to the server. That said, did you at any point try to delete and reinstall the app? This would clear its cache and indeed lead to data loss.Best regards,David
David,No, I didn't delete the app. I entered all my new items in the Mac app, and it appears none of them were saved. once the synching started to work again, none of my new items were in the Mac or iOS apps.
Scott,Did you quit the Mac app? Unfortunately, it's the only platform on which local caching is still troublesome, but we're looking into improving it in near future. Sorry for the inconvenience :(Best regards,David
