Are my new notes lost?

Last night I added a lot of notes to existing todos and added some new todos in the iPad app. Today I started the web app - nothing got synchronized there. So I started the iPad app- and could see, how the number of the notes got down at all the added ones and they where removed immediately at startup.

I checked the backup file, the data from the iPad additions are not there.

What happend? Where is all the data? Can you recover it? I really need all the brainstorming stuff

Hi Jens,

We are looking into this issue right now, but please clarify. The notes from that were added on the iPad are the missing ones? Did you add anything from the web version?

thanks for the fast answer.

Yes, thats correct. I used the iPad version of Todoist in the night (I guess between 11pm and 2am MEZ time). It had an WLAN connection and kept updating the notes and the notes number. This is the data which is lost and not seen anymore, when I started the webapp today.

I did not add something from the web version in the night (but already today).

Unfortunately this was due to some major changes we did last night, that was needed for our large update that is happening very soon.

We apologize for the issue, and it will not happen again.
