Hi Teneale,

Our plugin for Outlook does not sync with Outlook tasks if that is what you are referring too. Please clarify, you downloaded our extension from http://todoist.com/outlook, and installed it? Does it show within your Addins area for Outlook?

Regards,
Brendon.

Hello Teneale,

Please go to Outlook's Options -> Add-ins, clock on "Go" at the bottom (next to "COM Add-ins") and check off the box next to "OutlookTodoist" on this list.

Best regards,
David

Teneale,

To clarify - our Outlook plugin will not sync any data between Outlook's own Tasks feature and Todoist, it will add a pane on the right side that will connect to Todoist allowing you to add emails as tasks, as shown in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPFxeJoPeEI

That said, do you see the pane on the right after you check off the box? If not, please tell me what version of Outlook do you have?

We're also working on an update for our plugin which will address multiple issues - it will be released soon.

Best regards,
David

Teneale,

I've checked with Outlook 2013 now and it seems to install correctly. Do you have the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of Outlook? Have you tried to uninstall (through Programs & Features) and reinstall it again (making sure Outlook is closed during the installation)?

Best regards,
David
