Hi Ivan,

Are you able to sign into your account on the web/desktop versions? Which version of iOS are you running, and are you jailbroken?

Please try un-installing the app, and re-installing it.

Hello Ivan,

Please clarify - did you create your Todoist account by manually typing in your email/password combination or through the "Sign-Up with Google Account" option?

I have the same issue! Recently created my account through the web. iOS 7.0.4 reinstalled the app. Did not create account through Google apps.

Tried changing my password, but that didn't help. Did I make it mad?

Hi Ivan,

If you head to the Todoist.com website, and under Account, click on "Issue a new API token" does this resolve the issue?
