Reminders in iOS 7
Is there anyway to set an email reminder in the iPhone and iPads apps on iOS 7? By going to edit I can set a due date but not an email or SMS reminders like in the desktop.
There is no dedicated reminder menu on iOS yet, this will be coming in the near future.
For now, on the Web version if you go to settings, reminders, and change the default reminder to email, then when you add a task on the app, enter <remind today at 2pm> within the task name for example, to receive an email reminder.
Do you know when the reminder menu will be added to the iOS app? Seems fairly basic?
Unfortunately, we can't give you any estimate, but we'll surely work on it soon after our next big update which will arrive later this month.
I cannot believe that you guys haven't added this yet, and will probably cancel my premium membership due to the lack of support on this issue
All of my reminders are in my iOS app. How do I move them to to do list or do I have to reenter them all
Please clarify, are you referring to the default iOS' "Reminders" app or reminders in Todoist for your Todoist tasks?
You can't move any data from the iOS Reminders app to Todoist, but in case of task reminders from Todoist - they, along with all other data, will be synced automatically across all platforms when you log into the same Todoist account on each platform.
My minders are acted across. Many apps and platforms. Will any of them copy into Todoist
Yes, all data on your Todoist accounts incl. reminders will sync if you use the same account on each platform.
I'm either stupid or just have the wrong setting. I have over 200 lists and to-do's in my iPhone 5 Reminders. In the past, these would sync to the other apps I've tried. I just paid $30 to test out your app and don't want to completely start over with all new to do lists. How do I import or sync the current lists I have. They are currently synced with my iPhone and Google Tasks and I simply want to just get started
We don't have any import features right now, though we hope to add them in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.
