Premium upgrade

I upgraded to Premium on my ipad. I did this through the itunes App Store. My todoist account is through my work e-mail. The upgrade features are not working. I did logg out and back in several times. Any advice?

Hello Patricia,

Are you certain that you only have one Todoist account and always log into it using the same login method and have never used "Google Login" or any other email address?

If so, please send the receipt you've received for your purchase to david@doist.io and brendon@doist.io
