Why is the due date not syncing to iPad app?

A

The Mac and android apps are syncing fine but the iPad app doesn't have the due date for tasks. All tasks are synced but just without due dates...

Hello Anas,

Please try to delete the app, reboot the iPad, reinstall the app, make sure all devices you're using Todoist on have the same correct Time zone (incl. your Todoist account) and see if it helps.

Also, please tell me - what exact due date are you trying to add?

Best regards,
David

Had taken those steps already, did it again to make sure.

Still the same.

Some of the tasks were created with +{number} some with dates.
All tasks are synced, if I go on edit task it gives me all the information correctly, but doesn't show up in the today or next 7 days view.

I tried changing the task in the iPad app. It appears in the today and next 7 days view for a short while but then disappears again. The information is still correct when you find the task in the project view.

Anas,

Unfortunately, I still can't reproduce this issue, but I've passed it to the developers and we're looking into it now.

Best regards,
David

This issue should now be fixed. Please resync the data or make a minor change on your task list or log out and back in to see the changes.

Best regards,
David
