iOS due dates stopped working/syncing
I noticed the Next 7 Days view was not pulling new tasks in last night. This AM all tasks overdue or in Today had a time of 23:59.
I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and signed back in. The due dates are correct, but Today and Next 7 Days are still not reflecting the online version.
When I look for tasks that should be showing in Today I can find them, but they do not display the date at all in the project list view. Editing the task means I see the date. Closing the edit and back to project list view and they're still not shown.
Ps. the app badge picks up the correct number of tasks - 19 - while the Today list view shows only 6!
Please confirm that your iOS device and your desktop, and Todoist's settings (on the web version) are indeed set to the same Timezone.
Yes, both set to Europe/London
We are having issues with dates and tasks because of DST, this should resolve itself after today is done. Please message back here if the issue persists after today.
Still not working. Signed out and back in, which didn't make a difference.
We're looking into this issue now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Latest release has fixed this - thanks
Ah - nearly there, but still not fixed. On closer inspection a few tasks are still not coming through into the iOS app, which are on the online version.
They're recurring tasks but there are other recurring tasks being displayed.
Is there anything different/unique about these few tasks that are not syncing? Such as due date, or how/where they were created?
We are still looking into this but also have not been able to successfully reproduce this issue.
