Changes made on iPad don't update to web version.

I thought it was me but it keeps happening where the changes I make on my iPad in the evening are not reflected when I refresh my Todoist page in Safari browser the following day. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Julle,

Please make sure that the iPad is logged into the same account you are using on the web version. This can sometimes happen when using Google sign in on one and not the other.

Also, do you have Internet access at all times on the iPad?

Thanks,
Brendon.

Both accounts are logged in the same. Yes, internet access at all times on the iPad. I don't see any reason why it shouldn't sync. Any other thoughts?

Hello Julie,

Unfortunately, we couldn't identify any syncing issues right now, the iOS app seems to sync everything without problems. Please tell me - when you make the last change on your iPad, do you see the small circular animation at the top indicating a sync or do you shut down your phone instantly after making the change?

Also, can you please add one test task on your iPad now, pull-down your tasks to force a sync and then check if it synced after logging out and back into your account on Safari?

Best regards,
David

I didn't see a small circular animation on my iPad app, but I do get a pop-up window sometimes indicating that Todoist is syncing. I did the test task and it worked fine a couple days ago so perhaps you did something that helped? I will keep an eye on it. I love and live by by Todoist!
