No Due Date Ordering

M

Why does the list for no due date show the tasks ordered as follows:
- priority 2
- priority 1
- priority 3
- priority 4

Is this a bug? Priority order would be much more useful.

Hi there,

Which list are you accessing? Are you on the today view, a custom view or something else? If you head to Todoist.com, does this still happen?

Please try logging out and back in again.

Thanks,
Brendon.

On the "No Due Date" view, works fine on todoist.com, but the ordering is wrong on the iPad app.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this issue so far, but we're aware of a similar problem in the label list and we'll look into it.

For now, please try to delete the app and reinstall it to see if it helps.

Best regards,
David

I was seeing the same on both my iPads. Strangely went in to the App again this morning and the ordering is now correct.!?!

FYI - only installed the app yesterday.

This could have been a temporary glitch, if it ever happens again, please let us know.
