Projects are erasing their tasks

Not to mention the usual task duplicates, projects often erase all or some of their tasks.
Guys, i love you to death, please don't make me switch to a different app (because there is no real alternative).

Hi Audrey,

Are you using an iOS device? Please make sure that you update to the latest version (6.0.3) that recently came out. We had an issue with sync and duplication which should now be fixed.

Once you do that, please sign out and back in again.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Same issue over here on IPAD.
While syncing, almost all tasks got deleted at once. This occured on several projects. Please fix that, I'd really like to keep using the service!

Hi Simon,

Can you confirm if you have updated to 6.0.3 on your iPad? This was a known issue that should be fixed. A log out and back in after installing the update is required.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Hi Brendon.

This happened with the 6.0.3 version before the log in/out. It now seems to work fine after having followed your advice.
Now, how can I recover my deleted tasks?

Thanks.
Simon

Simon,

Assuming you were synced online when these changes have occurred, you should be able to head to Todoist.com, Settings area. From there head to Backups, and you can restore projects/tasks from there.

Thanks,
Brendon.
