How to set a reminder on (a french) iOS?

Hello,

i tried to set a reminder via a text string on my iPhone but didn't succeed.
I found the english syntax in the support (not in the documentation by the way) and tried it, in english and in french (french for reminder is "rappel" in Todoist web UI), with no success.

Thanks for your help!

Hello Vincent,

Please try this option, note - both must be typed within the task's name and not the due date field:

<remind today at 2pm>

Also, try to combine <remind> with a French date and see if it works.

Best regards,
David

Thanks,

I was indeed typing it in the date field.

I'm going to test it on my ipad and get back to you whatever result i have!

Best regards,
Vincent

It worked with the english date, thanks for the tip.

It's great to have this option, even if it feels more like a trick than a real feature integrated in the UI.

Best regards,
Vincent

Vincent,

I'm glad to hear that it works, we will improve this feature with international dates soon as well as add a separate field to set reminders more easily.

Best regards,
David
